Tissot seeks a Sales Advisor at concessions in Düsseldorf and Cologne. Fixed-term, full/part-time luxury watch retail role emphasizing client advisory and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise domestic and international clients on product selection from Tissot's premium watch collections with proactive, consultative engagement
- Develop and maintain a local and international client base through networking and relationship-building initiatives
- Manage all incoming client inquiries efficiently using the CRM system, ensuring responsive and service-oriented communication
- Present products professionally according to brand guidelines, maintaining optimal merchandising standards and inventory management
- Participate actively in local client events and represent Tissot as a brand ambassador
- Handle customer complaints, monitor point-of-sale systems, and perform administrative tasks with professionalism
- Contribute to the overall positive shopping experience through attentive service delivery and stylistic presentation
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Preferred experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or gastronomy sectors
