Tissot seeks a Retail Sales Associate (contract) for Boulevard Haussmann, Paris — fixed-term 01/07/2026–31/08/2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Advise customers on Tissot mechanical and quartz watch collections, translating technical product features into client benefits.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and follow-up.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, warranty registrations and basic after-sales enquiries accurately.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays, window dressing and boutique cleanliness reflect brand guidelines.
  • Support stock control and inventory processes including receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems and hand over after-sales cases to service teams when required.
  • Adhere to company policies for loss prevention, security and compliance with brand directives.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract (01/07/2026–31/08/2026).
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1+ year in luxury retail, watches or jewellery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, consultative sales approach.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak summer shifts.
  • Professional presentation, reliability and strong numeracy for cash and POS handling.
  • Fluent French; working knowledge of English desirable for international clientele.

Experience
