Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised sales experiences in a Tissot boutique environment; cultivate long‑term client relationships and follow up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Tissot collections and technical features to advise clients accurately on fit, functionality and after‑sales care.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing accuracy and showroom presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Support store events, product launches and promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and local market penetration.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and repairs teams to ensure seamless client service and manage warranty or service enquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on client service and relationship building.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the Tissot brand with discretion and authenticity.
- Basic numeracy and experience handling transactions and reconciliations.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
