Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial marketing strategy for the Swiss market aligned with global brand guidelines and Maison objectives.
  • Plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns (above- and below-the-line) including product launches, seasonal activations and digital programs.
  • Manage local agency partners (creative, media, PR, event) and coordinate deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with retail, wholesale and e-commerce teams to deliver POS materials, retail campaigns, training and trade promotions.
  • Own market P&L for marketing activities: prepare budgets, monitor spend and measure return on investment.
  • Coordinate product introductions and communications with global product and marketing teams to ensure market readiness.
  • Develop shopper and customer-facing initiatives to drive footfall, conversion and client retention in Swiss channels.
  • Analyse market performance, sales data and competitive activity to inform tactical adjustments and reporting to regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing within luxury goods, watches, retail or premium consumer goods markets.
  • Track record of managing integrated campaigns and external agencies end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across product, retail and regional teams.
  • Fluent business communication skills and ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Availability to travel domestically for store visits, events and partner meetings.
