Tissot Marketing Manager role in Eschborn, Germany. Lead marketing strategy, team, and budget for Swiss luxury watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the entire marketing budget, including monthly closures, project allocations, and event accounting
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Plan and execute customer, product launch, consumer, and sports sponsorship events; manage on-site event coordination and support PR activities
- Oversee cross-channel media planning in both traditional and digital media, optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
- Continuously analyze new advertising opportunities and assess their commercial potential
- Negotiate and execute campaign agreements; plan cinema, television, and streaming initiatives
- Translate advertising materials and copy from English to German
- Create audience-targeted advertising copy, marketing content, and email campaigns; guide implementation of digital marketing initiatives for key accounts
- Manage marketing-related forecasts and produce monthly reports
- Maintain regular dialogue with partner organizations to identify opportunities and develop additional collaborative initiatives
- Plan customer retention measures for retail and wholesale channels; research relevant approaches and execute projects
- Implement impactful retail marketing measures to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable retail success
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, digital marketing department, and store managers to ensure sustained brand success
- Serve as interface with Swiss headquarters, maintaining close coordination with parent company marketing leadership in a dotted-line organizational structure
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum five years of professional experience, including prior management responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in emotional consumer goods sectors (watches/jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle)
- Genuine interest in horology and the Tissot brand
- Charismatic leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong organizational and conceptual thinking skills
- Creative mindset and ability to think innovatively
- Ideally, prior experience in matrix organizational structures or collaboration with foreign parent companies

Experience
Minimum five years of professional experience in marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for budget management and team leadership. Prior experience in consumer goods marketing (watches, jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle sectors) is essential. Proven capability working within matrix organizations or international corporate structures is advantageous.
Education
