Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and fulfillment operations to ensure timely delivery to the brand's retail network and multi-brand Hour Passion boutiques
- Oversee logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution workflows across European markets
- Coordinate with regional distribution partners and boutique managers to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor customer service metrics and resolve operational issues affecting order accuracy and delivery schedules
