Tissot Times Square Boutique seeks Keyholder in New York, NY for retail operations and store security management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing procedures for the boutique, including alarm systems and security protocols
- Oversee store operations during assigned shifts with responsibility for cash handling and inventory oversight
- Respond to emergency situations and security concerns with appropriate protocols
- Maintain boutique appearance and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Train and supervise junior team members during shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Knowledge of security procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to access all areas of the boutique

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail or hospitality management experience, preferably in a luxury or high-volume environment. Prior keyholder or assistant manager experience is strongly preferred.
Education
