Tissot is seeking an IT support technician apprentice for an August 2027 start. The apprentice will help design, install and maintain IT systems and applications, configure equipment, support users and contribute to IT projects, documentation and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Prepare, configure and connect IT equipment and associated software for individual workstations and network environments.
- Contribute to IT projects and the development of solutions and tools that meet the company’s needs.
- Provide user support, handle employee requests, and track them through the ticketing tool.
- Provide first-level support through the IT hotline.
- Update existing documentation and create guides and procedures for users and technical teams.
