Tissot seeks an International Order Service Specialist in Le Locle, Switzerland. Manage global orders, export documentation, and client portfolios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and register customer orders, manage inventory releases, arrange carrier reservations, prepare export documentation, and track shipments
- Maintain regular contact with international markets, subsidiaries, agents, and freight forwarders to support operational requirements
- Manage and monitor client portfolios and establish credit and debit notes as needed
- Handle claims and administrative procedures in cases of product damage or loss
- Validate and control invoices from external service providers, including freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Participate in and track ongoing project initiatives
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, shipping, production, marketing, and merchandising departments
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent professional diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international administrative department
- Demonstrated expertise in import-export procedures and documentation
- Proficiency with SAP enterprise resource planning software
- Advanced knowledge of Incoterms and international trade terms
