Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client service aligned with Tissot brand standards and expectations
- Assess service requirements and provide first-level technical diagnosis and assistance
- Execute warranty and in-house repairs, including battery replacement, bracelet adjustment, and case servicing
- Perform basic mechanical and quartz movement disassembly and reassembly with precision
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on watches returned from the Service Centre
- Manage repair documentation, client communications, pre-authorizations, and service follow-ups
- Maintain accurate repair logs, CRM records, and service documentation
- Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and daily stock management
- Support boutique operations including POS systems, cashiering, and stock audits
- Cultivate and maintain in-depth Tissot product and technical knowledge through continuous training
