Tissot seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead retail operations at its Singapore flagship boutique, driving sales and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Deliver exceptional customer service while educating clients about Tissot's heritage and watchmaking expertise
- Manage boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of the boutique
- Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff to ensure high levels of product knowledge and service quality
- Collaborate with regional management and Swatch Group teams to implement brand strategies and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or watches
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Excellent knowledge of luxury retail operations and client relationship management
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment, with proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Education
Secondary education required; retail management certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
