Tissot seeks an Assistant Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead boutique sales, coach teams and deliver luxury watch client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving boutique sales and delivering against monthly and annual KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised luxury service.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including staff rota, opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Ensure adherence to Tissot visual merchandising standards and product presentation for window and in-store displays.
- Oversee stock control, receiving and inventory reconciliation; coordinate with regional supply chain for replenishment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and after-sales service matters with professionalism and brand consistency.
- Contribute to client acquisition initiatives, CRM maintenance and local marketing or event execution.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in premium or luxury watches, jewellery or accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate frontline sales teams to exceed commercial targets.
- Strong numeric and organisational aptitude with experience producing sales and inventory reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished customer-facing manner appropriate for luxury clientele.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal right to work in Malaysia.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, ideally within watches, jewellery or luxury retail, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-manager capacity.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
