Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example, setting the tone for the concession
  • Drive sales targets, budgets and key performance indicators aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, coach and motivate the retail team to achieve excellence
  • Establish and maintain clear customer service and selling standards
