Tiffany & Co., Munich: Working Student — Finance & Accounting (temporary). Support financial reporting, data analysis and supplier master data at Head Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities and preparation of accounting deliverables for the Head Office finance team.
- Collect, structure and prepare financial and payment data for analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare and visualise financial data using MS Excel, Power BI and MS PowerPoint to contribute to management reports and variance analyses.
- Conduct actual-vs-budget (Soll-Ist) comparisons and assist in root-cause and deviation analyses.
- Assist with master data maintenance including supplier onboarding, document verification and information requests.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field (Werkstudent status).
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking with rapid assimilative capacity for complex topics.
- High degree of autonomy, flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Business-fluent English.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role for students; prior academic coursework or internships in accounting, finance, or data analysis are advantageous but not mandatory. The position is suitable for candidates beginning their professional experience while completing studies.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline (working-student status required).
