Tiffany & Co. seeks Watch Manager in Seoul to lead regional fine watches strategy, business development, and market growth. Requires 15+ years luxury retail experience and Korean and English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3- to 5-year regional growth roadmap aligned with global watch strategy, targeting both market share expansion and profitable sales growth
- Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the retail network, including market leads, Store Managers, Watch Experts, and Watch Ambassadors
- Collaborate with regional marketing and PR teams to design and execute impactful local campaigns and product launches
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for all watch-related initiatives, defining ambitious sales targets and KPIs while monitoring performance rigorously
- Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement during key selling periods, translating strategy into measurable action
- Drive consistent excellence in after-sales service and client experience across all touchpoints
- Leverage market insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain performance standards and drive category excellence
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business development and/or luxury retail
- Proven track record in the watch and jewelry industry with strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of analyzing complex challenges and executing with agility
- Deep understanding of the local Korean market network and dynamics
- Fluency in both English and Korean
