Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth integration of watch collections into High Jewelry events, providing pre-event coaching and training to retail teams.
  • Serve as a key contact and product expert during events, supporting sales teams and engaging with clients.
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless integration of watch displays and messaging.
  • Analyze event success factors and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as regional point of contact for high-end watch demands and sales, liaising with global and regional teams.
  • Develop and implement a locally adapted learning strategy aligned with product launches and retail team knowledge levels.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, utilizing various methods including workshops and on-the-job coaching.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting content and delivery as needed.
  • Collaborate with global training teams to ensure consistency with brand standards.
  • Work closely with the Watch Director and regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in retail and sales support within the luxury watch or jewelry industry.
  • Passion for horology and a strong understanding of the watch market.
  • Proven ability to train and coach retail teams effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
