Tiffany & Co. in Tokyo seeks a Watch Analysis & Business Development Manager to lead forecasting, merchandising and watch category growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor watch category performance and KPIs to drive sales, market share and profitability.
- Develop and implement sales growth, market penetration and brand positioning initiatives under the direction of the High Jewelry & Watch Director.
- Produce accurate, timely sales forecasts for watch collections and coordinate with merchanting and supply‑chain to optimise inventory and allocations.
- Collaborate with merchandising to shape assortment planning, product presentation and stock allocation to maximise sell‑through and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver actionable reports and recommendations to management.
- Support planning and execution of brand events, launches and client gatherings to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the High Jewelry & Watch team, including scheduling, document management and meeting coordination.
- Develop and assist delivery of training materials and sessions for the sales force covering product knowledge, brand storytelling and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail, with exposure to watches preferred.
- Proven ability to combine strategic vision with commercial retail acumen and strong retail mindset.
- Excellent analytical capability for forecasting, KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
- Track record of successful collaboration across merchandising, supply chain and retail teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, agility and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Business English proficiency is mandatory.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, ideally with direct involvement in watches or jewellery merchandising, sales planning, or commercial analysis.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, retail management, or a related discipline preferred.
