Tiffany & Co. Visual Merchandising Specialist, Paris. Six-month fixed-term role managing VM strategy, campaigns, and store environments across France, Benelux.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and market stakeholders to align collection placement strategy across all stores and implement floor plan changes in partnership with retail teams
  • Ensure compliance with styling guidelines and merchandising strategy across all locations, working with retail teams to identify visual merchandising material requirements
  • Develop and deliver VM training plans to retail teams and market stakeholders, tracking the effectiveness of product initiatives in window displays and creative presentations
  • Leverage global creative campaign direction to support local market initiatives and drive traffic to stores, ensuring merchandise selection is bold and impactfully styled, installed, and lit
  • Manage ordering, logistics, and installation processes for all creative campaigns across stores, collaborating with global CVM on damage reports and material requisitions
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance training for creative campaigns, measuring campaign effectiveness and sharing results with regional, market, and global stakeholders
  • Support global in-store environment and commercial activation programs adapted for local market initiatives
  • Communicate and collaborate on renderings, budgeting, production, supplier management, and implementation of environment and activation initiatives
  • Leverage global event and exhibition direction in support of local market initiatives
  • Manage market-level VM annual budget in partnership with regional CVM, including planning and forecasting
  • Oversee supplier management on market, including sourcing, integration, purchasing processes, and invoice management
  • Direct retail logistics for VM-related materials and lead VM-focused retail training initiatives in partnership with regional and market stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a network of in-store VM ambassadors
  • Manage CVM components of new store openings and renovations across the market, coordinating ordering, logistics, and installation of all CVM materials with global, regional, and market partners
  • Collaborate on pre- and post-opening training plans with retail teams and review commercial impact and implementation effectiveness of new store openings
  • Support regional and market stakeholders on VM-related minor works projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar visual merchandising role
  • Ambitious, flexible, and outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and present ideas and information to audiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strategic thinking capability with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of VM trends and best practices
