Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global CVM and Southwest leaders to leverage global campaign direction to support local market initiatives and drive traffic to stores
  • Manage the creative campaign ordering process, logistics, and installation for all stores, along with any local production needs; partner with Global CVM on all requests for damages, missing collateral, and campaign modifications
  • Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on creative campaign installation and maintenance training plans; track campaign effectiveness and share results with Global CVM
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market stakeholders to align on collection placement within all stores and implement floorplan moves in collaboration with Retail teams
  • Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on training plans for visual merchandising standards and budgets for new collateral; track product initiative effectiveness within case lines and creative fixtures
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to leverage retail activation and in-store environment programs to support local initiatives and drive store traffic
  • Communicate and partner with Global CVM and Market stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management, and implementation of retail activation initiatives
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to leverage global event direction to support local market initiatives; manage communications on renderings, budget, production, and vendor management for event implementations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience
  • Strong interest and ability to identify trends, understand consumer behavior, and identify market opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability
  • Highly collaborative with proven ability to work in team-based, results-oriented environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced English proficiency (oral and written)
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
