Tiffany & Co. Internship - Visual Merchandising Europe, Paris. Support creative campaigns and retail activations across European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Visual Merchandising Market Leads by gathering and consolidating market-led and global-led initiatives that have successfully driven sales
- Collect VM Market Lead feedback and understand market nuances of merchandise selected for creative campaigns, ensuring optimal installation, styling, and lighting
- Support the creative campaign ordering process and logistics for all stores, including local production needs and post-install challenge resolution
- Gather and consolidate success stories following creative installations, changes, and refreshes
- Support floorplan updates in the global system and track the status of floor moves to monitor success and identify opportunities
- Manage replenishment order coordination and follow-up on global invoicing
- Support New Store Openings (NSOs), including setup activities while tracking NSO floorplan status and open orders
- Coordinate Visual Merchandising activations for Paris boutiques, particularly flagship locations such as Montaigne and Le Bon Marché
- Assist VM Market Leads with event setup and planning, including tracking orders and CVM-related items
- Support regional in-store activations by consolidating floorplans, production information, and installation details
- Contribute to pop-up activation planning by gathering necessary details from markets for global and production vendors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
- Experience in visual merchandising or related areas, preferably in luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fluent in English and market language(s)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and present ideas to groups
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

Experience
Beginner-level experience preferred; background in visual merchandising or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
