Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Visual Merchandising Intern in Paris. Six‑month internship beginning Sept 2026 to support European VM initiatives and in‑store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Visual Merchandising (VM) Market Leads across Europe by consolidating market and global VM initiatives that have demonstrably driven sales.
- Assist with creative campaign logistics: coordinate store orders, local production needs, installation reporting, and follow up on damages or missing collateral.
- Collaborate on floorplan management—update the global system, monitor floor moves, track NSO (New Store Opening) floorplans and open VM orders.
- Gather post‑install feedback and success stories from markets to evaluate creative impact and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of in‑store activations, pop‑ups and event setups, including consolidation of floorplans, production details and installation schedules.
- Provide onsite and remote support for Paris boutiques in coordination with the French VM Lead, particularly for high‑visibility locations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent required.
- Experience in visual merchandising or a related discipline; previous exposure to luxury retail preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and logistical details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present ideas and status updates to groups and stakeholders.
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends; comfortable with travel for store support as needed.
- Internship agreement (convention de stage) compulsory; 6‑month placement beginning September 2026 in Paris (6th arrondissement).

Experience
Beginner level; some prior experience in visual merchandising or retail display is advantageous, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
