Tiffany & Co. Visual Merchandising Intern position in London, UK; temporary internship supporting luxury retail campaigns and store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Visual Merchandising Market Lead in gathering insights on successful visual merchandising initiatives from local and global teams
- Interpret feedback from the VM Market Lead and identify local considerations for merchandise presentation in creative campaigns
- Support the ordering process and logistics for creative campaigns across stores, including local production needs and post-installation tracking
- Compile examples of successful visual merchandising after campaign installations and updates
- Support updates to store floorplans in the global system and monitor the impact of changes
- Assist VM Market Leads in gathering replenishment orders and follow up with global teams on invoices
- Contribute to the setup of new store openings, tracking floorplans and open orders
- Support the VM Lead for UK boutiques on visual merchandising activations, particularly for key stores
- Assist with event setup and planning, including tracking orders and related items
- Support in-store activations across the region, consolidating floorplans, production information, and installation details
- Gather necessary details from markets for global teams and production vendors for pop-up activations
Qualifications
- Currently based in London, United Kingdom
- Valid authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to function effectively in a dynamic team environment with strong multitasking capability
- Overall luxury aesthetic sensibility
- Interest in jewellery, retail trends, and consumer behaviour
- Working proficiency in English
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior merchandising or retail experience, preferably within a luxury brand, is beneficial but not required.
Education
A keen interest in visual merchandising or related fields, ideally within luxury retail, is preferred. No specific degree requirement is stipulated.
