Tiffany & Co. seeks Vice President of Global Talent in New York to lead talent acquisition, management, and development strategy for this luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead global talent acquisition strategy working with international zones to implement talent programs and initiatives
  • Direct executive-level recruitment and partner with senior leadership to identify and fulfill critical talent needs
  • Work closely with CHRO on confidential executive mapping projects and market intelligence gathering
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of executive talent to proactively fill leadership positions within the organization
  • Engage continuously with talent globally to build knowledge of key internal and external talent within the Group
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with select recruitment agencies and search firms to access market intelligence
  • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies that activate the company's People Promise both internally and externally
  • Manage vendor relationships including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Business of Fashion to create compelling storytelling content
  • Drive creativity in talent attraction activities focused on hard-to-fill roles, retail positions, craft expertise, and early-career talent pipelines
  • Build and deliver continuous learning and upskilling programs for the global talent acquisition community
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Ensure rigorous and transparent selection processes for executive hires including assessments and structured interviews
  • Implement talent management initiatives to identify high-potential employees and develop comprehensive succession plans
  • Conduct annual development conversations with Group and Company Key Contributors to align career strategies with personal and business goals
  • Assess current talent capabilities and create targeted strategies for talent development and leadership effectiveness
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes to foster continuous feedback and improvement culture
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention metrics to proactively address talent-related issues and provide analysis to HR business partners
  • Design and implement programs to attract, onboard, and develop early career talent including interns, graduates, VIE placements, and apprentices
  • Lead current early-career programs including internships, apprenticeships, VIE, and SKEMA partnerships with demonstrated ROI
  • Collaborate with universities and educational institutions globally to build a strong pipeline of diverse early-career talent
  • Work closely with LVMH on the overarching Next Generation talent strategy
  • Expand early-career programs globally through creative engagements and partnerships with key educational institutions
  • Create programming for effective conversion of interns into full-time employees with emphasis on enrichment and development
  • Act as key global liaison between Tiffany, the Watch & Jewelry Division, and LVMH Group partnerships
  • Regularly attend and represent Tiffany at Open Source and regional Organizational Management Reviews
  • Lead annual development of Tiffany OMR presentations to LVMH through engagement with Group and Company Key Contributors
  • Lead implementation of new Group activations such as Rise, Career Compass, and LVMH Surveys
  • Create and deliver learning and development programs aligned with organizational strategic goals
  • Identify organizational learning gaps and design immersive, high-impact learning experiences
  • Expand learning offerings beyond traditional classroom models to include rotations, mentorship programs, and immersive experiences
  • Evaluate learning program effectiveness and continuously enhance offerings based on feedback and results
  • Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts to provide diverse learning opportunities
  • Oversee LVMH House learning nominations ensuring alignment with talent management and succession planning strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in talent networking, development, acquisition, and engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in global talent acquisition and executive recruitment
  • Proven track record in talent management and succession planning
  • Experience designing and implementing early-career and graduate programs
  • Strong knowledge of LVMH Group culture and processes (preferred)
  • Experience with learning and development program design and delivery
  • Proficiency with talent management systems and HR analytics platforms
  • Experience managing relationships with recruitment agencies and talent platforms

Experience

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and strategic human resources functions within luxury or global organizations. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of leading global talent strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, implementing organizational development initiatives, and managing executive-level recruitment processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 225,000 to USD 275,000 per annum.
