Tiffany & Co. seeks a Vice President, Client Relations & Client Experience (High Jewelry & Watches) in New York to lead HNW engagement and P&L for North America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and execute North America’s holistic client strategy, integrating Client Relations, High Jewelry & Watches, and Client Experience to drive desirability and commercial growth.
- Own full commercial and P&L accountability for the High Jewelry and Watches business unit, including sales planning, forecasting, allocation and sell-through performance.
- Design and deliver high-value HNW client engagement programs, personally cultivating top clients and converting relationships into measurable revenue.
- Define and govern the zone Client Relations calendar, budget and annual engagement plan with clear ROI and KPI expectations.
- Lead the Client Experience agenda: codify luxury service standards, ensure consistent in-market execution, and deploy initiatives that enhance brand desirability.
- Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to optimise inventory, assortment and stock productivity for high-end categories.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance across client initiatives, internal controls, gifting policies and risk management.
- Develop, coach and scale an elevated leadership team; establish succession plans and strengthen leadership capability across markets.
- Serve as the regional functional leader, aligning Market VPs and cross-functional partners (Global Client Relations, Merchandising, Communications) under a dual-reporting model.
- Represent the zone externally with HNW clients, watchmaking partners and strategic stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in luxury or premium consumer goods, with direct exposure to Client Relations, High Jewelry, Watches, or Client Experience functions.
- Recent business unit or general management responsibility with full P&L ownership in high-end categories (High Jewelry and/or Watches preferred).
- Deep knowledge of high watchmaking and significant experience engaging with watchmaking houses and HNW clients.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading elevated teams and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including inventory/assortment governance, forecasting, budgeting and ROI management for client programs.
- BA required; MBA preferred.
- Foreign language skills (French, Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

10–15 years of progressive senior leadership in luxury, with recent P&L responsibility for high-end categories (High Jewelry and/or Watches), proven HNW client development, and experience leading cross-market teams.
Education
BA required; MBA preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 250,000 to USD 300,000 per annum.
