Tiffany & Co. Ambassador role at The Landmark in New York. Temporary position welcoming clients and delivering luxury retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients in a warm and courteous manner, creating an exemplary luxury experience that positively impacts service and sales
- Share knowledge of Tiffany collections through passion-driven storytelling and curated client interactions
- Attend to the needs of internal and external clients while greeting, directing, and assisting throughout the store
- Engage in bespoke conversations to discern client needs and partner clients with appropriate Client Advisors
- Support hospitality, tours, and selling events through door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house assistance
- Accurately manage floor waiting lists and execute best practices to optimize the in-store experience
- Communicate service issues and client feedback to management in a timely manner
- Foster collaboration within the team and demonstrate agility when responding to business needs and change initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing experience (hospitality, museum/art gallery, etc.)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to create memorable client experiences
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail, luxury retail store experience, or relevant client-facing experience in hospitality, museums, art galleries, or similar environments. Entry-level candidates with strong service backgrounds will be considered.
Education
No formal education requirement. A college or university degree with a focus on fine or performing arts is desirable.
