Role & Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, including 3D renderings and sketches.
- Assist in the creation of design intent sets for proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants during construction phases.
- Conduct research on materials and provide administrative support.
- Create conceptual 3D renderings as directed by Design Managers.
- Communicate design solutions and review issues in Design Review meetings.
- Follow up with consultants and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Set up agendas for meetings with guidance from Project Architects.
- Research project-specific materials and order samples.
- Manage electronic and paper documents, update project images, and maintain timesheets.
- Mentor junior architecture team members.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years minimum architectural experience
- Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in hand sketching
