Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of infrastructure technology, including network routers, switches, firewalls, retail servers, and point-of-sale systems.
- Manage procurement, staging, implementation, and change processes for retail technology at new store sites, expansions, and relocations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful project execution and service delivery across the Americas.
- Provide escalation support for open incident and problem tickets, coordinating with IT teams and vendors as necessary.
- Maintain documentation repository with IT standards for implementation and usage across the Information Technology Department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project and/or IT support services, including project activities.
- 2+ years of experience with network administration, particularly Cisco/Meraki.
- Ability to build and maintain business partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent certifications preferred.
