Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as a Technical Manager, eCommerce. Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C initiatives in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C features, modules, and integrations using SFRA best practices.
  • Mentor and guide internal and external developers, enforce clean code standards, and drive code reviews.
  • Design and validate solution architectures for eCommerce needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects on technical scoping and estimations, highlighting risks and dependencies.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs, balancing configuration versus customization trade-offs.
  • Manage integrations with systems such as OMS, PIM, CRM, ETL, SFMC, and PSP.
  • Define and enforce a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, caching, SEO metadata, and logging are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with QA, UX, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust releases via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor Salesforce Commerce Cloud roadmap and releases, proposing improvements aligned with Tiffany's standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (SFRA)
  • Proven experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (frontend & backend), Node.js, ISML, HTML, CSS
  • Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems (OMS, PSP, CRM, SFMC, PIM)
  • Excellent understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and caching strategies
  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical topics to business stakeholders and vice versa
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, SonarQube, Jenkins, etc.), and environment management
  • Experience working in distributed or hybrid teams (internal + vendor-based collaboration)
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (Developer, Architect)

Experience

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $148,000 to $209,000, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
