Tiffany & Co. (Paris) seeks a Tech User Experience Designer to lead UX for digital client platforms and internal systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute a user-centric UX strategy across Tiffany & Co.’s digital client development platforms, internal systems and mobile applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Digital, Retail, Product, Content) to align UX initiatives with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Advocate and embed human-centered design principles and UX best practices across digital ecosystems.
- Contribute to and maintain the Digital Design System; extend digital style guides to new platforms and ensure design consistency.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes and design deliverables to communicate concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Plan and facilitate UX workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions to drive alignment and co-creation.
- Lead qualitative research activities including usability studies, A/B testing and user interviews; translate insights into product improvements.
- Present UX strategies, research findings and design recommendations to executive leadership and key partners.
- Ensure adherence to Tiffany’s brand identity, digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to shepherd UX solutions through delivery in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX design, product design or digital strategy, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring or leading UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research methodologies and design thinking.
- Strong knowledge of design deliverables and a solid understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Passion for luxury, digital innovation and crafting world-class customer experiences; ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in Agile teams.

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant UX/product design experience, including demonstrable delivery of UX for web and mobile products and experience mentoring or leading other designers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
