Tiffany & Co. in Washington, USA seeks a Team Manager to lead sales, operations and guest experience, supporting the Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams and assume full oversight of the boutique in the Director’s absence.
- Drive sales performance by deepening client relationships, personally managing key client accounts and coaching the team to meet or exceed store and category KPIs.
- Maintain a constant management presence on the sales floor to model exemplary client service and deliver memorable Tiffany Touch moments.
- Lead the execution and improvement of the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) through coaching, action on client feedback, and optimisation of hospitality and store amenities.
- Attract, recruit and retain high-calibre, diverse talent; set clear performance goals and deliver continuous coaching, training and development.
- Champion operational excellence by ensuring efficient back-of-house processes, adherence to internal controls and implementation of best-practice efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or luxury retail store management or equivalent customer-facing leadership (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record of generating sales and managing teams to deliver measurable sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and to grow brand recognition and market penetration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and retail systems (see Skills).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience (for example, hospitality), with a demonstrable record of sales generation and team leadership.
Education
College/university degree preferred; not required. Graduate gemologist credentials or GIA coursework preferred.
