Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams and assume full oversight of the boutique in the Director’s absence.
  • Drive sales performance by deepening client relationships, personally managing key client accounts and coaching the team to meet or exceed store and category KPIs.
  • Maintain a constant management presence on the sales floor to model exemplary client service and deliver memorable Tiffany Touch moments.
  • Lead the execution and improvement of the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) through coaching, action on client feedback, and optimisation of hospitality and store amenities.
  • Attract, recruit and retain high-calibre, diverse talent; set clear performance goals and deliver continuous coaching, training and development.
  • Champion operational excellence by ensuring efficient back-of-house processes, adherence to internal controls and implementation of best-practice efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail or luxury retail store management or equivalent customer-facing leadership (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of generating sales and managing teams to deliver measurable sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and to grow brand recognition and market penetration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and retail systems (see Skills).
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum three years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience (for example, hospitality), with a demonstrable record of sales generation and team leadership.

Education

College/university degree preferred; not required. Graduate gemologist credentials or GIA coursework preferred.
