Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Team Manager in Wailea (Maui) to lead store sales, service and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating sales, operations and security teams to meet and exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Assume overall store oversight and decision-making authority in the Director’s absence; ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to elevate team selling capability, product knowledge and clienteling skills.
- Drive client development and retention activities, personally cultivating key client relationships and delivering signature Tiffany service moments.
- Provide visible management presence on the sales floor to model service standards and act on client feedback and NPS insights.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; promote diversity, inclusion and an entrepreneurial climate of high performance.
- Champion operational excellence: manage back-of-house efficiency, enforce internal controls and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director to set and communicate clear commercial priorities and KPIs, and to deploy training and development plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or equivalent customer-facing leadership (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets while managing team performance.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience (or relevant hospitality leadership), with a demonstrable record of sales generation and team development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Wailea, Hawaii, USA, with easy access to Honolulu.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
