Join Tiffany & Co. in Vancouver as a Team Manager. Lead sales and operations, drive client experiences, and achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets.
  • Lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in collaboration with the Store Director.
  • Deepen client relationships to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve store sales targets.
  • Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor and manage client relationships.
  • Execute a client-centric approach and elevate the Tiffany Experience Index.
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor to ensure client experience expectations are met.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management with a proven track record in sales generation.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.

Workplace

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is between $80,000 - $115,000, with eligibility for sales commission.
