Tiffany & Co. Team Manager role in Tampa, FL. Lead sales, operations, and client experience for a luxury jewelry boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
  • Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in partnership with the Store Director
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and key performance indicators
  • Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing client relationships
  • Demonstrate passion and deliver Tiffany Touch moments to both team members and clients while managing client relationships personally
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently delivered
  • Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience and optimize hospitality and store amenities
  • Act on NPS performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvement in customer service
  • Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent while prioritizing diversity and cultivating inclusive environments
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service with focus on efficiency and best practices
  • Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with all internal control procedures
  • Assume boutique oversight when the Store Director is unavailable

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work across various roles based on business needs
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
