Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets and product category KPIs
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and personally managing key client relationships
  • Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI)
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are delivered consistently
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent through continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback
  • Implement reward and recognition programs and performance management processes to improve team engagement
  • Establish clear, challenging goals aligned with Strategic Priorities and Key Results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support and manage back-of-house efficiency while maintaining consistency with established procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal control procedures
  • Take action on TEI performance and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and management of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while building brand recognition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
