Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in San Antonio, TX—lead retail operations and sales excellence for a luxury jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate an exceptional client experience while meeting or exceeding commercial and profitability targets
- Partner with the Store Director to build a climate of service excellence, demonstrating decisive and collaborative leadership grounded in LVMH values
- Develop and manage client relationships personally, implementing strategic client development activities to deepen connections and cultivate new business
- Lead the sales floor with consistent management presence, modeling Tiffany service standards and coaching team members on client experience delivery
- Drive sales performance across key product pillars and KPIs while managing team motivation to achieve store commercial targets
- Attract, hire, train, and retain top talent; provide qualitative feedback and leverage performance management to improve engagement and team performance
- Prioritize diversity and inclusion, foster entrepreneurial spirit among staff, and utilize training and development offerings to support career growth
- Ensure operational efficiency, manage back-of-house consistency with established procedures, and maintain compliance with internal control protocols
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and elevate the overall Tiffany experience
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create memorable, distinctive client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing role in hospitality
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) platforms
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality. Proven success in driving sales generation, managing commercial results, and building lasting client relationships. Demonstrated ability to develop team members and foster high-performance cultures.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
