Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in Philadelphia, PA. Lead sales, operations, and client experience in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate client experiences and achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Lead and motivate team members to meet or exceed store sales targets, product category targets, and key performance indicators
- Manage client relationships personally and drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clientele
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, modeling and coaching based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive experiences and act on NPS performance and client feedback
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent; train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback using reward, recognition, and performance management processes
- Prioritize diversity, foster inclusive environments, and encourage entrepreneurial spirit among team members
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness; manage back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service; identify and execute efficiencies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-focused roles in hospitality. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of sales generation, commercial target achievement, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as is the willingness to perform various roles based on business needs.
Education
A college or university degree is desirable but not required.
