Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales, operations, and security team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Cultivate client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Drive client development activities to expand the client base.
- Provide leadership on the sales floor, managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
- Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury retail management, with a focus on customer relations.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
