Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in Orlando—lead retail sales, operations, and build exceptional client experiences in luxury jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
- Lead with a collaborative, decisive approach to build a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences in partnership with the Store Director
- Deepen client relationships and manage personal client portfolios to achieve or exceed sales targets, product category targets, and relevant KPIs
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets while driving client development activities
- Execute all activities with a client-centric approach, demonstrating the Tiffany Touch at every touchpoint and acting on NPS performance and client feedback
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching team members and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently delivered
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent while continuously training, coaching, and providing qualitative feedback using reward, recognition, and performance management processes
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring exceptional operational support, managing back-of-house procedures, and ensuring compliance with all internal control procedures
- Assume oversight of the store during the Director's absence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience (such as hospitality)
- Proven track record in sales generation and management of commercial results achievement
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality. Proven track record of driving sales generation, managing commercial results, and developing client relationships within a luxury or premium retail environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to assume various roles based on business needs.
Education
College or university degree is desired but not required.
