Tiffany & Co. seeks a Team Manager in Nashville to lead store sales, operations and client experience for its high‑jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director by leading, developing and motivating sales, operations and security teams to achieve commercial and profitability targets; assume store oversight in the Director's absence.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver the Tiffany Touch and consistently exceptional client experiences across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive client development and retention through personalised outreach, relationship cultivation and conversion of high‑value opportunities.
- Manage daily sales activity and KPIs, championing key product pillars to maximise revenue and market penetration.
- Provide visible management presence on the sales floor, modelling service behaviours and acting on client feedback and NPS to improve service delivery.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; conduct performance management, deliver regular coaching and deploy reward and recognition to sustain engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing back‑of‑house workflows, enforcing internal controls and identifying process efficiencies and best practices.
- Optimise in‑store hospitality and amenities to create differentiated client experiences and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven track record of sales generation and achieving commercial results in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and to grow brand recognition and market penetration.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and to perform varied roles (sales floor, operations, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint, client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years retail or luxury retail store management experience with proven commercial results; 5 years preferred. Experience in client development, team leadership and operational management required.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
