Tiffany & Co. seeks an experienced Team Manager for its Miami Design District boutique. Lead sales, service, and operations teams in this dynamic luxury retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets and relevant KPIs
  • Drive client development activities and demonstrate sales leadership through active floor presence and personal client relationship management
  • Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience Index and deliver brand-defining client moments
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring Tiffany service expectations are delivered consistently at all touchpoints
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent through continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback utilizing reward and recognition programs
  • Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multilingual, highly skilled talent
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support and efficiency, managing back-of-house operations and compliance with internal control procedures
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
  • Take action on performance metrics and client feedback to continuously improve customer service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including sales floor and operations
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States

Experience
