Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in Miami. Lead sales, operations, and client experience for luxury jewelry retail. Full-time role with 3+ years retail management required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate superior client experiences and exceed commercial and profitability targets
  • Build and model a climate of service excellence, delivering extraordinary client experiences in alignment with Tiffany & Co. brand standards
  • Embody LVMH Values by cultivating entrepreneurial spirit, driving creativity and innovation, and delivering excellence in all activities
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets, product category targets, and key performance indicators
  • Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing client relationships
  • Demonstrate and deliver Tiffany Touch moments to both team members and clients, personally managing key client relationships
  • Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback and net promoter score (NPS) performance to continuously elevate the Tiffany Experience
  • Provide consistent management presence on the sales floor, coaching team members and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are always delivered
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique and memorable client experiences
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent through continuous training, qualitative feedback, reward and recognition programs, and performance management processes
  • Prioritize diversity, cultivate inclusive environments, and foster individual and team growth and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
  • Leverage training and development offerings to support team growth, development, and performance improvement
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive both sales and service execution
  • Manage efficient back-of-house operations, identify efficiencies, execute best practices, and ensure consistency with established operational procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal control procedures and store security protocols
  • Assume store leadership responsibilities in the Director's absence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new client opportunities and maintain existing relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Visio, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work across various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.)
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
