Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in Manhasset, NY. Lead retail sales and operations team, drive commercial targets, and elevate client experience. $102K–$144K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate exceptional client experiences and meet commercial and profitability targets
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in partnership with the Store Director
- Embody LVMH values by cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, promoting creativity and innovation, and delivering excellence
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and relevant KPIs
- Drive client development activities and manage client relationships personally, demonstrating passion and delivering Tiffany Touch moments
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently met
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS performance and client feedback
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent through continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback
- Prioritize diversity, cultivate inclusive environments, and foster growth opportunities for team members
- Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned with strategic priorities and key results
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring exceptional operational support to drive sales and service
- Manage back-of-house operations, ensure consistency with established procedures, and identify and execute operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain store security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.)
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience such as hospitality. Proven track record in sales generation, commercial results achievement, and client relationship development.
Education
College or university degree preferred.
