Tiffany & Co. in London seeks a Team Manager to lead the Heathrow boutique, driving sales, clienteling and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store performance and accountability to achieve sales, client experience and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team on the sales floor to elevate clienteling and commercial results.
- Define and oversee client development strategies; monitor advisor performance and assess clienteling outcomes.
- Act as key holder: support store opening/closing procedures, workforce planning and local compliance with Tiffany & LVMH policies.
- Deliver authentic brand storytelling that communicates Tiffany’s craftsmanship, legacy and values to clients and teams.
- Maintain market and competitor awareness to identify opportunities and strengthen community networks.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team culture that prioritises talent retention, engagement and wellbeing.
- Propose operational improvements, support adoption of new tools and collaborate with headquarters on testing and roll‑out of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales management experience in a luxury retail environment; proven track record in achieving commercial targets.
- Demonstrable leadership in recruitment, development and retention of talent; ability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Strong clienteling and omnichannel sales experience with the capability to expand and cultivate a high‑value client base.
- Organised and change‑oriented: experience implementing KPIs, new tools or processes across a retail team.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Preferred: college or university degree.

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in luxury retail with a proven history of delivering commercial results and leading client‑facing teams; preference for candidates with broader retail tenure and boutique/jewellery experience.
