Tiffany & Co. seeks a Team Manager in London (Covent Garden) to lead the store team, drive sales and cultivate exceptional client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and consistently achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Coach and develop Client Advisors on the sales floor through live coaching, performance feedback and career development plans.
- Own workforce planning and key-holder responsibilities, including store opening/closing procedures and operational compliance with Tiffany & Co. and LVMH standards.
- Develop and implement client development and clienteling strategies; monitor results and optimise acquisition and retention activities.
- Maintain deep market and competitor awareness and cultivate local community and client networks to grow the client base.
- Drive adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working; collaborate with store leadership and headquarters on testing, feedback and roll-outs.
- Recruit, retain and develop talent while fostering an inclusive, supportive team culture centred on service and joy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record in omnichannel luxury retail with demonstrable commercial results.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, development and retention of retail talent.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Preferred: college or university degree; equivalent professional experience will be accepted. Jewellery or watch product knowledge is a plus.
