Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams; assume overall store oversight in the Director’s absence.
- Coach, guide and motivate store teams to achieve and exceed commercial targets, product category objectives and relevant KPIs.
- Deliver and model exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint, personally managing key client relationships and high-value service moments.
- Drive client development activities, deepen relationships, and expand brand penetration within the market.
- Provide visible management presence on the sales floor; use client feedback and NPS to refine service delivery and training priorities.
- Recruit, retain and develop talent; set clear performance objectives, deliver qualitative feedback, and apply reward and recognition practices.
- Champion operational excellence: maintain back-of-house efficiency, ensure compliance with internal controls and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-facing leadership experience (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record of generating sales and managing achievement of commercial results and KPIs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain client relationships and to drive brand recognition and market penetration.
- Adaptability to perform across sales, operations and supervisory responsibilities as business needs require.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail management or relevant customer-facing leadership experience (e.g., hospitality). Proven success in sales generation and team leadership.
Education
College/university degree preferred.
