Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently delivered
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store commercial targets and key product pillar KPIs
  • Drive client development activities and cultivate new and existing client relationships personally
  • Assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present and serve as the guest experience manager
  • Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance
  • Lead by example, embodying LVMH values of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, innovation, and delivery of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and operational best practices
  • Act on Net Promoter Score performance and client feedback to elevate the Tiffany experience
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and executing continuous improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Strong leadership with ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
