Tiffany & Co. seeks experienced Team Manager in Istanbul to lead retail operations, sales team, and exceptional client service in luxury jewellery retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support sales, operations, and security team members to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver the Tiffany experience
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets and drive business through key product pillars
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships personally
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching team members and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently delivered
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent through continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback
  • Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned with strategic priorities and key results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service through efficient back-of-house management
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and operational standards
  • Act as Guest Experience Manager, taking action on client feedback to continuously improve client service
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique, memorable experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are highly valued
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including sales floor and operations
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred

Experience
