Tiffany & Co. seeks a Team Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead sales, operations and client experience at Ala Moana.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales, operations and security teams to deliver extraordinary client experiences and meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Assume responsibility for store operations and leadership in the Director’s absence, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and internal controls.
- Drive client development and retention activities, personally managing key client relationships and modelling the Tiffany Touch at every interaction.
- Manage daily sales floor presence and staff deployment to optimise revenue, product mix and KPI performance across key product pillars.
- Recruit, train and retain top talent; conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and use recognition to sustain high team engagement.
- Champion operational excellence by maintaining efficient back-of-house processes, compliance with procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act on NPS and client feedback to refine service delivery and hospitality amenities that elevate the in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management experience; demonstrable track record in driving sales and commercial results (5 years of progressive experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop client relationships, penetrate the market and generate new business opportunities.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and retail systems; comfortable learning and using clienteling and POS platforms.
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities with a commitment to diversity and inclusive team environments.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management with a proven record of meeting sales targets and leading teams; progressive responsibility in sales generation and client development is expected (5 years preferred).
Education
College or university degree preferred.
