Tiffany & Co. seeks Team Manager for Florence boutique. Lead luxury sales and operations teams, drive client experience and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales targets and product category KPIs
- Manage client relationships personally and coach team members on client development activities
- Model and deliver the Tiffany Touch at every client touchpoint, ensuring brand experience expectations are consistently met
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team and responding to client feedback
- Optimize store amenities and hospitality to create distinctive luxury experiences
- Attract, recruit, and retain top-performing sales and operations talent through continuous training and engagement
- Set clear, challenging goals aligned with strategic priorities and provide qualitative feedback using reward, recognition, and performance management
- Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Manage back-of-house operations and identify efficiencies and best practices
- Assume full store oversight when the Store Manager is absent
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent client-facing hospitality experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while building brand recognition
- Flexibility to work across multiple store roles based on business needs
- Italian and English fluency required; third language preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality or premium service environments.
Education
College or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.

The role is situated in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
